To complete the Listing Agreement form:

1. Page 1, paragraph 1 - fill-in owner's name(s) and gross sales price of the boat.

2. Page 1, paragraph 2, fill-in boat description and official number for documented vessel or CF number for undocumented vessel. If a dinghy or trailer is included, include it on the last line.

3. Page 1, paragraph 3 - fill-in boat location and boarding instructions.

4. Page 1, bottom of page - initial.

5. Page 2, paragraph 11 - sign.

6. Page 2, paragraph 12 - fill-in contact information and owner's signature(s).
